Graduation Thesis and Project

Electromechanical School Varaždin | Varaždin, Croatia

For my graduation thesis, I designed and built a 4-cylinder pneumatic system that operated entirely without electronics, relying purely on air logic for control. The system used pneumatic logic gates and valves to sequence and synchronize motion across four actuators. The challenge was to develop a robust control scheme using only pressurized air, eliminating the need for electrical sensors, controllers, or programming. The project demonstrated a deep understanding of fluid power, circuit logic design, and mechanical control theory. It highlighted alternative control strategies for environments where electronics are impractical or unsafe.
